Anthony Kim, a three-time winner on the PGA Tour, is aiming to return to professional golf.
Kim, who was ranked sixth in the world at the 2008 Ryder Cup, will not participate in LIV Golf and hopes to return to the PGA Tour instead.
News of Kim's return, first reported by Golf.com, generated a lot of buzz among golf fans and fellow players alike during this week's Farmers Insurance Open.
So Max Homa, who is adept at leveraging his comedic genius on social media, decided to weigh in on the news surrounding Kim.
He also trolled LIV Golf during that time.
Here's the scoop on LIV behind the scenes on the PGA Tour and in talks to return with Anthony Kim.

Of course, the PGA Tour has seen a lot of talent leave and join Saudi-backed LIV Golf. Last week, Adrian Mellonk gave up touring to join LIV.British Tyrell Hatton negotiate a dealaccording to Bob Harig, sports illustrated.
Despite these recent developments, reports say Kim will not accept an offer from LIV. With that in mind, his camp held discussions with both the PGA Tour and LIV Golf.
which one makes it Homa's post about X Objectively interesting.
The PGA Tour is currently in a desperate situation, losing players to circuits with funds they can't compete with. But the 38-year-old showed immense potential in the late 2000s, so seeing Kim back on tour will give him a little boost.
Meanwhile, the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF), which has assets of about $700 billion, has spent hundreds of millions of dollars trying to lure players away from the PGA Tour. For example, Jon Rahm reportedly received over $400 million from PIF in December to join the PIF circuit.
But at least for now, Kim will not receive a large salary from PIF.
Still, what golf fans hope is that Kim returns to the course after injuries derailed her career from 2010 to 2012. Now, all these years later, hopefully Kim can make a safe return and compete at the highest level.
