For Disney CEO Bob Iger to fend off activist investor Nelson Peltz, whose Trian Fund Management lost his bid for two seats on Disney’s board of directors at Wednesday’s annual meeting. The last few months have been tough for me, as I have been working for a while now.

“Now that this distracting proxy battle is over, we want to focus 100% on our most important priorities: growth and value creation for our shareholders and creative excellence for our consumers.” Iger said in a subsequent statement. Vote.
