Mega Millions jackpot grows to $800 million after no grand prize winner

The winning numbers drawn on Friday were 6, 23, 41, 59 and 63, with a Mega Ball of 25. The Megaplier was 2x.

No one won the estimated $740 million jackpot Friday night, but five players – one each from California, Florida, Illinois, New Hampshire and Texas – won $1 million by hitting all five white balls, and another player in Ohio hit all five white balls and also used the optional megaplier to win $2 million.

The next Mega Millions drawing will take place on Tuesday, when players will have a shot at winning an estimated $800 million grand prize. Cash Options $401.8 million.

If he wins on Tuesday, he will be the seventh person to win the prize.

Winners typically choose a cash prize rather than an annuity, which is paid out as one immediate payment followed by 29 annual payments.

According to the game, your odds of winning the grand prize are 1 in 302,575,350.

The last Mega Millions jackpot was won on June 4, when a player from Illinois matched all six numbers to win $552 million, the 10th largest jackpot in the game's history.
