Megan Rapinaud, a former hardcore left-wing soccer star, calls President Donald Trump “de-dropped” the federal ban on transgender athletes in women's sports at schools around the country.
Rapinoe has become the core Interview and Mundial The magazine about the president's changing federal government's Title IX rules provides rules to prohibit men identifying girls and women playing sports in federal tax-taking schools.
“I shouldn't say it's about women's sports rights,” Lapinoe wrote her hand. “It's totally dishonest to say that.”
National Anthem protesters added that it means Trump will erase trans people.
“I think it's really cruel,” the World Cup winner said. “You know, when you get it all back, it's just cruel and deserted. This isn't the problem, you can't president people who don't exist.”
Lapinoe went on to argue that women's sports are somehow attacked by Trump, not by trans athletes.
“We have gone through a very long period of time over a decade where we have to fight just to reach a baseline like equal rights and non-discriminatory behavior.
Lapinoe admitted that she personally did not fear her own safety against this attack on women's sports. But she fears “alienated” people.
“I'm nervous, but I have hope too. I believe in people, I certainly believe in women. And I believe people want better than the harsh, dark, just violent reality that Donald Trump laid out very clearly for us,” she insisted.
Rapinoe was completely empowered in favor of transgender athletes in women's sports, almost at the same time that she had retired from professional soccer.
