Meghan Trainor Dazzles at Baby2Baby Gala with Weight Loss Reveal

Approximately eight months after announcing her use of the weight loss medication Munjaro, Meghan Trainor made a striking appearance at the Baby2Baby Gala, showcasing her transformation.

The 31-year-old singer turned heads in a stunning strapless ivory ball gown designed by Arin Le Cal. The dress featured a corset-style bodice and a flowing tulle skirt adorned with silver rhinestones.

She accessorized with white opera-length gloves, a diamond choker, and elegant dangling earrings. Her hair, elegantly styled in an updo, framed her face beautifully.

Trainor attended the event with her husband, Daryl Sabara, whom she married in 2018. They share two young children: Riley, age 4, and Barry, age 2. On Monday, Trainor shared a photograph from the gala on Instagram.

“I’m so honored to be a part of the @Baby2Baby Gala hosted by @PaulMitchell and support the amazing work they do year-round to provide basic necessities to 1 million children in need across the country,” she captioned. She added, “It was a great night supporting a great cause!”

Fans quickly took to social media to express admiration for her Cinderella-like look. Comments ranged from “You are literally amazing!!!!” to “She’s a princess” and “Gorgeous.”

A photo of Trainor circulated on X (formerly Twitter), with many surprised by her noticeable weight loss. Some users remarked they hardly recognized her, with one joke stating, “Where is Meghan? What have you done with her?”

While some fans expressed discomfort with her transformation, saying, “So weird seeing her so thin,” others supported her openness regarding her health journey. One commented, “Good for her. I hope she feels light and at ease in her body.”

In March, Trainor revealed on Instagram that she was utilizing Munjaro, a GLP-1 medication initially approved for type 2 diabetes but more commonly prescribed for weight loss these days. Following her win at the 2025 Billboard Women in Music event, she addressed the attention her body received, expressing disappointment that the focus shifted from her music to her appearance.

“I don’t look like I did 10 years ago. I’ve been on a journey to become the healthiest, strongest version of myself,” she reflected. “This is what it means to be a woman in the music industry.”

Trainor mentioned making lifestyle changes, consulting with a nutritionist, and working out with a trainer. She emphasized her satisfaction with the support from Munjaro, particularly after her second pregnancy, stating, “I feel so good.”

On a podcast episode with her husband, Sabara revealed he also uses Munjaro, adding a lighthearted twist about doing everything together. Trainor noted she chose Munjaro after thorough research for medications with fewer side effects compared to other weight loss options.

Additionally, in a prior Instagram post, Trainor confirmed she underwent a breast lift and implants, expressing happiness with her decisions and newfound confidence.
