She later added: I can't believe it will be streamed just in time for Christmas. They would never do that to Muslims, but Christians and Catholics are always entitled to ridicule, belittle, and slander. ”
conclave“,'' released by Focus Features, is one of the frontrunners for Best Picture at Sunday's Golden Globe Awards and is expected to do well at this week's Academy Awards nominations.
Based on the novel by Robert Harris, conclave A dramatization of the power struggle within the Vatican over the selection of a new pope. Ralph Fiennes plays a cardinal in charge of running the papal council.
The intersex plot twist sparked a lot of discussion online, with various viewers claiming that it felt random, nonsensical, and like an attempt to make a wake-up call.
