Megyn Kelly criticizes Blake Lively for subpoenaing her in the Justin Baldoni lawsuit.

Megyn Kelly mentioned that she and her team referred to the actress as a “nasty, elitist Hollywood snob.” She emphasized that their comments were simply a part of “the first revision, freedom of the press.”

During her podcast on Thursday, Kelly provided an update regarding Blake Lively’s ongoing legal dispute with Justin Bardoni.

“She’s targeting over 12 journalists and online creators, igniting a free speech uproar,” Kelly stated.

“Indeed, she attempted to claim confidentiality and proprietary content related to every story we published about her,” the podcast host added.

“Blake Lively couldn’t possibly believe I genuinely dislike her, so she assumed I was part of Bardoni’s smear campaign,” Kelly observed.

“This reflects her narcissism,” Kelly continued. “She genuinely believes she should be compensated for any negative remarks directed at her by Bardoni’s team. My conclusions came about completely organically.”

The former Fox News host remarked that Lively acts “like a nasty, elitist Hollywood snob, assuming her title is beyond reproach.”

“This is yet another instance of entitled Hollywood elitism, someone who believes anyone who critiques her must be in cahoots with her enemies,” Kelly declared.

“Well, I’m not. No one has to compensate me to express negativity towards you. It’s simply because I believe you’re really bad,” she asserted.

“I’m a member of the press, and you’re a sad, pathetic, silent, narcissistic bully,” Kelly stated, revealing that she and her team have received nothing in return.

Kelly also shared that they responded to the actress’s requests with, “Not absolutely nothing—no documents, no records, no communication whatsoever.”

“We never permitted my team or our sources to communicate with anyone else to ensure our news coverage remained private, free from third-party influence.

“This is about the First Amendment, the freedom of the press,” she asserted, noting, “I have zero obligation regarding how I gather news.”
