Megyn Kelly slams Kristi Noem’s ‘lies’ following dog, North Korea fallout: ‘She’s been exposed’

Megyn Kelly said Wednesday that South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) wrote an inaccurate account of her meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in a new book, and in the aftermath of another text detailing her meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. He harshly criticized her for repeatedly changing her story. Noem made the decision to shoot his dog.

Noem has been repeatedly questioned about a passage in her book in which she describes a meeting with the North Korean leader, but she has not explicitly stated that the passage was false, even though the passage has since been redacted.

Instead, she insisted, “I don’t talk about my personal meetings with world leaders,” adding, “When this came to my attention, I took immediate action and “I asked that his name be removed.”

When asked why she didn’t notice the error when recording the audio, Noem repeated the same answer.

In an interview with NewsNation’s “Elizabeth Vargas Report”” Kelly responded to Noem’s position on the issue, saying, “She wrote it, she read it, she endorsed it, she tried to sell it.”

“She was arrested because she didn’t think the rest of us were smart enough to understand that meeting Kim Jong-un is a big deal,” Kelly continued. “It’s a very small group of Americans who did this, and the unknown congressman from South Dakota (as she was at the time) would not be on the list.”

“So she read it, and she did it because she wanted to mislead us. That’s natural for this woman. She was exposed,” Kelly added.

Kelly also spoke out about Noem shooting her dog and criticized the way she handled backlash to another part of her back. Kelly said Noem initially said the dog had killed several chickens, but over time Noem came to claim the dog was an immediate threat to the safety of her children. He pointed out.

“She was bragging about it, but she lied when she realized that we, the public, don’t really buy into all the murders,” Kelly said.

Kelly said two months ago that she thought Noem was “a rising star in the Republican Party,” adding that Noem has a compelling personal story of living on a ranch and losing her father in a tragic accident. He pointed out that there is.

But Kelly said he believes Noem, who was once considered a possible running mate to former President Trump, is “done.” she’s done. She’s toast. ”

“Trump, no matter what you say about him, he’s not stupid, and he knows she’s a loser, and she hurt his ticket and the only rule for choosing a vice president is number one.” That would be against the rules of Trump, and it won’t hurt. The people President Trump has the hardest time with are suburban married women, how will they react to this lying dog-killer?” Kelly said. before starting to criticize Noem’s appearance. “I think these women are going to revolt. They’re not going to vote for her.”

The Hill has reached out to Noem’s office for a response.
