In 2020, Pew Research conducted a widely reported study. 56% of white women who identify as liberal between the ages of 18 and her 29 report some sort of mental health problem to their doctor.
Whitlock said: Juxtapose it with white conservative women, and for liberals, it’s off the charts. ”
Whitlock continues. [liberalism] It’s a mental illness. It is separated from logic and reason. Is it wrong to go that far?
“No, not at all,” replies guest Delano Squires. He believes this is due in part to the decline of religion in our country.
Delano Squires added: We speak from the Christian religious tradition in terms of constructing a sense of identity. ‘Who am I? ‘ and, ultimately, the answer to the question ‘Who am I? It leads to other questions like “Who am I, where did I come from, who made me?”
“Because when you take the church out of the equation, people look to something else to answer that question.”
