The celebrations didn't stop Wednesday night at Citi Field as the Mets head into the NLCS.
Second baseman Jose Iglesias posted a video on his Instagram Stories Thursday of another lively scene at what appeared to be a nightclub after the Mets' 4-1 win over the Phillies and shutout of the N.L.D.S. shared.
Those in the venue, including outfielder Jesse Winker and pitcher Sean Manaea, could be heard singing along to Iglesias' summer hit single “OMG” as the festivities continued after dark.
“Naturally, keep having fun.” one fan commented With X.
“Looks like the Mets are ready to party after their big win! Can't wait to see them in the NLCS!” another person shouted.
As the celebration began with champagne in the clubhouse and the sound of “OMG,” Mets fans received a special cheer from manager Carlos Mendoza.
“Francisco Lindor calls it 'Mets Nation.' guess what? We believe, you have to keep believing – let's go!'' he said as the bubbles started flowing.
Francisco Lindor was the hero of the night, hitting a grand slam in the bottom of the sixth inning to give the Mets a 4–1 lead.

The Mets are currently taking a few days off as they await the winner of the Dodgers-Padres NLDS series in the West.
The Dodgers won 8-0 on Wednesday, tying the series at 2-2.
The series-clinching Game 5 is scheduled for Friday, and the NLCS begins with Game 1 on Sunday.
