Two Mexican nationals have been accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy on a cruise ship bound to Miami, Florida.
Mexican national Ricardo Daniel Mondragon Real, 37 and 36 years old Joseph Ampoule Dencio Dias Arrest He was charged with a child sex crime after allegedly assaulting a juvenile on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship by the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office.
Police say Leal and Diaz were in the boat sauna with a 14-year-old boy when the incident occurred. Diaz, who has HIV, exposed herself and began masturbating, forcing the boy to touch his genitals, police said.
Real, police force themselves to expose themselves, to have oral sex on the boy, and to have oral sex on the boy.
Diaz and Rial were arrested when the cruise ship was docked to Miami.
Diaz was charged at a perverted exhibition about child hewd and perverted exhibition, child indecency and sexual abuse with the victim without informing him of his HIV status. He is restrained unrestrained at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Centre.
Leal was charged at an indecent and lewd exhibition about child, hair loss, child molestation and sexual assault on a 1 count of child. He is being held unconfined at the Metrowest Detention Center.
Both Mexican citizens have Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainees.
