Mexican teen allegedly carried sister’s head down the street

A 19-year-old man carrying a rifle was reportedly arrested in Mexico after he was seen walking down the street with his sister's severed head.

Terrified onlookers alerted police in Michoacán after they spotted Sebastian holding the head of his 26-year-old sister, Julieta, near Quiroga's clinic on Saturday. Local news station AM reported.

The state prosecutor's office said officers arrested the apparently intoxicated man without incident and seized a rifle in his possession.

They found the naked body of their sister lying at a gas station several hundred feet away.

Authorities were investigating the motive behind this gruesome crime.

There is currently no information available on what charges the suspect faces while in custody at the Michoacán state prosecutor's office.
