Mia Farrow Reacts to Tragic Shooting in Minnesota
Actress Mia Farrow expressed her outrage towards Republicans and the National Rifle Association (NRA) following the heartbreaking mass shootings that took place in Minnesota. The incident, confirmed by Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara, resulted in the deaths of two children and left 17 others injured.
As the situation unfolded, Farrow took to social media, sharing her feelings about the tragedy. “Today. Children. Shot. Two children who died. Seven children in critical condition. High-speed guns. 14 children and three adults were injured,” she posted on August 27.

Farrow continued, emphasizing the urgent need for reasonable gun laws and criticizing politicians who, in her view, were financially supported by gun manufacturers and the NRA. She kept her posts open, inviting public responses and also shared thoughts on the situation in Gaza later that day.
Reports indicate that the shooter, identified as Robin Westman, took his own life during the incident. According to sources, Westman was armed with multiple firearms and approached the church before the service began. Homeland Security Secretary Christie Noem noted that the suspect claimed to identify as transgender.
President Donald Trump also issued a declaration in honor of the victims of the shootings in Minneapolis.
