Micah Parsons, DeMarcus Lawrence beef over Cowboys ‘clown s–t’

It's good that Mika Parsons and DeMarcus Lawrence are no longer teammates.

The two spent a deal shaming Thursday night, and Parsons attacked comments made by Lawrence earlier in the day.

Earlier this week, Lawrence signed with the Seahawks after spending his first 11 seasons in the NFL with the Cowboys.

He then threw shade on the old team in an interview with Hawk bloggers.

“Dallas is my home,” Lawrence said. “My family lives there. I'm going to be there forever. I certainly know I'm not going to win the Super Bowl there. So, yeah, we're here.”

That didn't work with Parsons.

“What does this rejection and vy hope look like! This is a clown s-t!” Parsons recovered along with the clown emoji.

The war of words continued as Lawrence later responded and threw the shade at Parsons.

“Calling me a clown doesn't change the fact that I told the truth. Maybe I wouldn't have left if you had reduced the time you'd tweeted and won,” Lawrence wrote.

It seems Parsons wasn't the only one attacking the comments.

“I thought it was all brotherly love,” he wrote to X.

The Cowboys had not appeared in the Super Bowl within 30 years, and the team had not passed the split round of the playoffs during Lawrence's tenure.

Lawrence signed a contract with the Seahawks for $42 million, including a $18 million guarantee. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The pass rush dealt with a foot injury that was forced to miss most of the 2024 season after a strong start.
