Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones’ former LA condo on the market for $7 million

The former home of Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones is now available.

The Los Angeles home, once belonging to the Hollywood Power Couple, is currently on sale at a price tag of $7 million in collaboration with Carrollwood Estate listing agents Alphonso Lascano and Bjorn Farrugia.

According to a report by Robb, the couple bought two condos in the late 1990s, and after combining the two units to create one large unit, they sold the house to their current owner, Judy Glickman Lauder, and husband Leonard Laber, Beauty Mogul Estée Lauder.

They bought the house from Douglas and Zeta-Jones in 2003, and now, more than a decade later, they decided to bring it to the market.

“A living snip of Hollywood history, the home reflects the timeless flavour and style of former celebrity owners Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones to the final details,” Lascano told Fox Business in a statement.

The home is on the 23rd floor in one of the two buildings that make up the Century Tower, which houses many of Hollywood's biggest stars, including Diana Ross and Burt Lancaster.

Covering 2,640 square feet, the home consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The open floor plan for your home will provide easy access to all communal areas of your home, including a spacious living room.

“Staking my foot into the residence, I was immediately drawn to the charm of old Hollywood and the details of the architecture created by the famous architect Im Pei. It was a symbol of his time and redefine luxury in Los Angeles,” Farrugia said in a statement.

An important highlight of the room is the floor-to-ceiling windows that line the room with picturesque views of the city. The room features light carpet floors, brown sofas and armchairs, wooden coffee tables and end tables, and unique lighting fixtures and artwork on the walls.

The stairs just outside the living room boast a casual dining breakfast bar, plus tiled floors, dark wooden cabinets and dark countertops.

Additionally, the kitchen also features many top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, and sinks.

Connected to the kitchen is a formal dining area with plenty of space for a table suitable for a diner of six. Behind the table is a wooden wall with engraved sections, creating space for glass shelves where you can store dishes and decorations. Below the shelf is a small drink fridge.

One of the wooden panels connected to the shelves opens, revealing a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Attached to the kitchen and dining room is an enviable family room, lined with floor-to-ceiling windows on one side that resembles a living room. In addition to the stunning views of the city, the family room features a large flat-screen TV set in a rather wooden entertainment center and a stone counter that runs along the entire length of the windows.

Across the TV is an excellent cozy section sofa, perfect for hosting a movie night with friends or casual night with family.

Elsewhere in the home is a luxurious primary bedroom. One of the main features of the bedroom is the built-in shelves layered above the bed.

The room has one large floor-to-ceiling window that line the far walls, which also leads to its own private outdoor seating area. In addition to the beds, the carpeted room is also large enough to accommodate additional indoor seating space.
