Michael Strahan and the 'GMA' team review the impressive wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce

On Friday night, Michael Strahan and “Good Morning America” offered fans a glimpse of the extravagant wedding between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey, held at Madison Square Garden.

Strahan, a former NFL player, described the occasion as “amazing,” and noted, “It was their dream wedding. Congratulations to both of you.”

Strahan, along with fellow hosts Robin Roberts and George Stephanopoulos, was among many stars in attendance. Roberts highlighted that Stevie Nicks performed, as anticipated.

“We were really close, weren’t we?” Roberts asked her co-hosts.

Stephanopoulos added, “It’s hard to picture a wedding in such a big venue feeling so intimate, but it really was beautiful.”

Roberts elaborated that the personal atmosphere stemmed from the couple celebrating with childhood friends and neighbors.

Swift and Kelsey opted out of having traditional bridesmaids and groomsmen. Instead, Kelsey made his older brother, former Eagles player Jason, his groomsman, while Swift chose her brother Austin to hold the title of man of honor.

Comedian Adam Sandler, a friend of the couple, took on the role of master of ceremonies.

“It was just like any other wedding I attend,” Roberts remarked as she reflected on the couple’s heartfelt vows, which they wrote themselves.

Strahan, who was later spotted leaving the wedding in a black car, expressed gratitude, saying, “And thank you for inviting us. We really appreciate it.”

The event drew many notable NFL figures, including former sack record holder Mike Vrabel, Chiefs manager Andy Reid, and star players like 49ers tight end George Kittle and Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford.
