A new 54,250-square-foot agreement with Hartley Partners will see 85% of the 1.1 million-square-foot tower leased.
This follows a 180,000 square foot lease signed over the past year.
Hartley Corporation, previously a sub-tenant, expanded the building and entered into a direct lease.
The asking rent was $75 per square foot.
