Mikko Rantanen, Martin Necas, Taylor Hall traded in three-team deal

The first major domino falls more than a month before the March 7 trade deadline, with Mikko Rantanen and Taylor Hall going to the Hurricanes and Martin Necas going to the Avalanche in a three-team blockbuster, according to multiple reports. It happened.

ESPN reported that the Avalanche will acquire a second-round pick in 2025 and a fourth-round pick in 2026 from the Hurricanes.
