Milania Giudice appears upset in the back of a police car following an arrest for domestic violence

New police dashcam footage from Milania Giudice’s arrest on May 14 reveals that she looked quite downcast following a domestic violence incident. The footage, which Page Six obtained from the Montville Police Department, shows officers escorting a handcuffed Judith into a police vehicle.

In the video, she engages in conversation as an officer secures her seatbelt.

Judith, who is 20, faces a charge of simple assault, to which she has pleaded not guilty.

According to the police report, the daughter of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice was involved in a heated dispute at her mother and stepfather’s home, during which she reportedly threw food and candles.

At her arraignment on July 14, the judge noted that Milania allegedly inflicted injury during the altercation, specifically striking another person in the head, resulting in visible redness.

Interestingly, her sister, Gabriella Giudice, reportedly called 911 a little before 6:15 p.m., identifying Milania and mentioning her erratic behavior.

The police report specified that no weapons were involved and that there were no injuries reported.

Milania was taken into custody at the Montville Police Headquarters and released while awaiting her next court date.

During the arraignment, the judge scheduled her for an August hearing and warned that, if found guilty, she could face up to six months in jail, probation, and a fine exceeding $500.

Though she hasn’t commented publicly on the dashcam footage or the details from her arraignment, the University of Tampa student did speak out about her arrest in a TikTok video on June 29. In it, she addressed a fake photo of herself making the rounds online, dismissing it as “AI.”

She expressed disbelief at the photo’s circulation, stating, “I’m not proud of it, but I’m convinced of it,” while ridiculing those who took it seriously. Milania emphasized the need to learn from life’s challenges and grow from them.

Reflecting on her recent troubles, she mentioned that she wasn’t in a good place at the time of the incident, suggesting that she’s faced a lot in her life that people may not fully understand.

Teresa Giudice, 54, has four daughters with her ex-husband Joe Giudice: Milania, Gabriella, 21, Gia, 25, and Audriana, 16. Teresa and Joe were married for over two decades before their divorce, which followed their respective prison sentences for federal fraud. She has since married Luis Ruelas, 52, in August 2022, who has two sons from a previous marriage.
