Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi Welcome Their First Child
Millie Bobby Brown, at 21, and Jake Bongiovi, 23, have adopted their first child together, a baby girl. The couple announced this heartwarming news in a recent Instagram post, stating, “This summer we welcomed our baby girl through adoption. We are thrilled to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parent-child relationships, both in peace and privacy.”
The sentiment continued with a simple yet sweet addition: “And there were three.”
Both Brown and Bongiovi are known for marrying young. They first stirred romance rumors back in 2021, when Bongiovi shared a selfie featuring the two on social media. Their first public appearance as a couple was on the red carpet in March 2022. “We met on Instagram,” Brown revealed in a recent interview, adding, “We were a bit of friends; then what can I say?”
After they announced their engagement in April 2023, the couple tied the knot in May 2024, with Brown being 20 and Bongiovi 22 at the time. They had been together for four years before getting married, sharing various aspects of their lives, including pets and a shared home.
Brown appreciates how their conversations have deepened over time, touching on significant topics like politics and parenting. “When we started talking about how we wanted to raise children, we talked about big things I hadn’t before,” she mentioned, acknowledging the importance of those discussions.
Interestingly, Brown has expressed a strong desire to start a family early on, following in her parents’ footsteps—her mother had her first child at 21. During a podcast appearance, she emphasized, “Of course, I want to focus on my career as an actor and producer, but it’s equally vital for me to start a family personally.”
It seems she and Bongiovi share similar family backgrounds, both coming from families of four. Brown added, “I want a big family. That’s definitely our future.”
While their personal journey continues to unfold, Brown and Bongiovi are looking forward to what lies ahead, embracing both parenthood and their professional aspirations.
