The 11th-seeded Bulldogs finished the game with a 12-0 victory to seal the victory and will face No. 6 seed Florida in the second round Thursday night.
In fact, Missouri State showed determination to fight back from an early 21-9 deficit to take a seven-point lead late, but the Tigers missed their final seven shots and turned the ball over once.
The Tigers (8-24) went 0-18 in the SEC and ended the season with a 19-game losing streak.

They are the team most bet on to win the conference in the entire sports betting world, and post-action bettor Dylan Svoboda is still a favorite bet at the current price.
The top-seeded Tennessee Volunteers are presumed to be the favorites with odds of +160, but the Wildcats defeated them on the road in the final regular season game.
Georgia State, which improved to 17-15 with the win, lost Thursday’s game against FanDuel and the Gators by 7.5 points.
The winner will play third-seeded Alabama in Friday’s quarterfinals.
