A fitness model from New York City is claiming that a stalker sent explicit photos of her to many neighbors in her upscale apartment building, leading to her landlord attempting to evict her.
Samantha Skolkin, who has previously worked as a professional bodybuilder and has over 500,000 followers on Instagram, alleges she has been harassed by a former photographer named Steward Noack for the past year. This situation has prompted her to file a $1 million lawsuit against her landlord in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Noack, 54, is believed to have sent intimate photos from her OnlyFans account to around 400 people, including his parents, at the Ritz Plaza—a luxury apartment complex where one-bedroom units cost upwards of $5,400 monthly. This reportedly happened multiple times during 2024, according to both Skolkin and the police records.
Law enforcement stated in a criminal complaint that Noack was caught on surveillance at least three times, donning a hoodie and mask while mailing packages from a U.S. Postal Service office in Manhattan.
Skolkin expressed to the Post, “It’s the worst thing that’s ever happened to me. It’s truly surreal. The number of people who were exposed to this was just awful, especially my parents.”
As indicated in a recent indictment, Noack started distributing intimate images of Skolkin in February 2024, which he obtained from her OnlyFans profile.
There is evidence suggesting that Noack labeled envelopes and packages imitating Skolkin, her family, and building management, leading recipients to believe it was legitimate correspondence.
In one instance, he allegedly created a Christmas card that contained explicit images and promotional material for her OnlyFans.
Two suspicious gift boxes sent to her parents reportedly held black ski masks that had a substance resembling semen.
According to police reports, Noack was arrested and faced charges in early 2024, including unauthorized distribution of intimate images, criminal impersonation, aggravated harassment, and stalking.
After being arraigned at the end of December 2024, he was put under an order of protection.
In a plea agreement reached in March 2025, he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
Despite the protective order naming Skolkin as the victim, her landlord, Ritz Plaza, turned the situation around, prompting her eviction. Her lawsuit claims this was an unjust act, putting her in the crosshairs of their legal actions.
Her attorney, Fred Lichtmacher, contended that the eviction violates legal protections for victims of stalking and sex crimes, indicating that the Ritz Plaza did not have the right to discriminate against her based on her victim status.
The lawsuit states that after Noack’s actions became known, Ritz Plaza blocked her access to the rent payment portal and refused to renew her lease.
Ritz Plaza filed for eviction in July, and a spokesperson criticized the lawsuit as baseless without offering further comment.
Even though Skolkin has opted not to discuss the lawsuit, she reflected on the traumatic experiences linked to Noack.
Noack, who operates a photography studio in Queens called House of Indulgence, was at one point considered a close friend and photographer to Skolkin—though she maintains their relationship was never romantic. They first connected over a decade ago.
However, three years back, their friendship deteriorated when Skolkin informed Noack that she was dating someone else, which led to his jealousy and possessive behavior. “He confessed he loved me,” Skolkin recounted, clearly taken aback by the unexpected declaration.
She also alleged that Noack inappropriately touched her without consent and assaulted her twice, although she did not report these instances to the police. The first time, she forgave him, attributing it to his drunkenness, but after the second encounter, she decided to cut all ties.
A few months post-incident, Noack supposedly began threatening her.
Skolkin described Noack as dangerous, stating, “This man should never be with a woman. He’s a predator and a terrible person.”
Noack and his legal representative have not responded to requests for comment.
