Molly Sims Enjoys a Beach Day
Molly Sims has been soaking up the sun lately. The 52-year-old actress and model recently shared a collection of photos from a family day at the beach, where she rocked a black and white polka dot bikini.
In one striking image, Sims stands at the edge of a yacht, arms raised and gazing out at the horizon. She completed her look with stylish black sunglasses and a vibrant red pedicure. Other photos include a mirror selfie in the same bikini, as well as shots of her strolling through a charming beach town wearing a long-sleeved cover-up, a black sun hat, and matching sandals.
The post also highlighted her child and featured a fun video of her leaping off the yacht and into the water. She captioned the series with “Sunday 😉🌊,” which seems to capture her carefree spirit.
Fans chimed in with enthusiastic comments, asking for details about her bikini and expressing admiration. One wrote, “Please give me a bikini deet!!!” while another enthusiastically exclaimed, “You look gorgeous 🔥.”
This isn’t the first time this summer that Sims has shared bikini pictures. Not long ago, she posted images of herself enjoying a beach day with friends, humorously captioning the moment.
Another photo showcased her in a vibrant purple bikini adorned with pink flowers. She accessorized with sunglasses, a pink necklace, and gold jewelry, adding a touch of flair to her beach attire.
Earlier this year, Sims shared insights on how she maintains her bikini body. She mentioned a special mug that has changed her game, claiming, “Anti-aging good for digestion, helps my joints after training, better sleep… this has changed the game for me.”
In a conversation last November, she discussed her health tips. She stressed the importance of a high-protein diet, suggesting it might be best to save most carbs for later in the day.
Her overall advice was to be mindful of food choices, especially for parents—pointing out the unpredictability of snacking on kids’ leftovers. It’s a balance, she noted, of enjoying a little here and a little there without going overboard.
