Stratman and Preister were both arrested for obstruction of business. Police said Stratman had a judge-ordered no-contact order barring him from seeing his daughter after he was arrested last month on child abuse and domestic violence charges.
Public records show Playster has at least two theft convictions dating back to 2006, as well as charges of possessing a dangerous dog or property that could harm a pet.
Stratman remains in custody at the Douglas County Correctional Center on $150,000 bail. Mr. Playster’s bail status could not immediately be determined.
