The mother of the 14-year-old boy suspected in the Apalachee High School shooting is now facing charges of abusing her own mother.
of New York Post Reported Marcy Gray was indicted for allegedly abusing Deborah Polhamus.
WSB Television attention Gray's specific charges include “exploitation and intimidation of a disabled or elderly person, false imprisonment, second-degree criminal damage to property, and theft.”

One of Polhamus' daughters tried to contact her mother but was unsuccessful and became concerned, so she sent someone to check on her mother, who found Polhamus “taping his wrists and ankles to a chair and freeing himself.” Atlanta Journal-Constitution Polhamus explained that he had been taped to a chair for “almost 24 hours.”
The incident allegedly occurred because Gray was upset that Polhamus had not accompanied her to a confrontation with her ex-husband, Colin Gray.
Gray allegedly taped Ms Polhamus to a chair and took her cell phone so she could not call anyone.
