said Ohio Senate Republican candidate Bernie Moreno. Breitbart News Saturday He said being nominated to run against Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) would emphasize his populist roots and how deeply elitist Brown is.
I spoke to Mr. Moreno. Breitbart News Saturday Host Matthew Boyle talked about how he would send a message to U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, who is seeking re-election in the increasingly red Buckeye State.
The Ohio entrepreneur said he would highlight the stark contrast between his populist campaign and Mr. Brown’s elitist position.
“We’re going to show you who he is. This is a guy who went to Yale. He graduated with a major in Russian studies, not because he was integrated into Russian history, but because of Marxism and Because I wanted to study communism. I graduated from this elite private school on the East Coast, immediately entered elected office, and continue to win elections. [to] Mr. Moreno has been in power for nearly 50 years and has done nothing to help the people he claims to be helping.” Breitbart News Saturday.
“The living conditions of working-class people in Ohio are worse than when he came to Washington, D.C.,” Moreno added.

Mr. Moreno concluded: “In my case, I’ve never been in government, I’ve never voted, I’ve never held public office. I’m the opposite. I’m the anti-Sherrod Brown. We’re right. We’re going to prove that difference with the right amount of resources and the right grassroots support…We’re retiring this Massachusetts left-wing type of senator here in Ohio.”
