Morgan Riddle said, “F-K” when many expected her to live her personal life and sit quietly in a box of boyfriend Taylor Fritz's tennis match.
The exterior of “The Squeeze” podcast Along with Tay Lautner, Riddle recalls “the flashy older wife and partner” in the tennis community, posts on social media, and teases Fritz's career as a content creator.
The 27-year-old influencer, who has been dating Americans since 2020, has risen to social media stardom by documenting his life while traveling with Fritz on tennis tours, including nightmare moments and travel accidents.
“Historically, I have had many older wives and partners. [tennis] The tour is very private and heads into the box,” Riddle said. “They're there to cheer on their partners, and they didn't have a super public persona.
“…I don't know if this is true or not, but I was told by people on the tennis tour when I first posted Tiktok. [videos] A few years ago, the tour had an elderly wife clergyman who would send me videos of me in their group chats and just tease me.
“So, I definitely got a lot of backlash from within the tennis community and the fans. I think it was because it was different. And I'm paying attention to myself. I think people were hoping I would sit in the box and be relatively private and not take advantage of my partner's career. And I came to burn the gun a bit. I was like, 'Well, F-K'. And I've posted anything I wanted.
“I think people think I get annoying sometimes. I definitely have a certain person in Tiktok, especially I'm saying things that are debate enough in places that dig into it and make people mad, but that won't cancel me.”
Riddle explained that Fritz is in favor of her career and is in a friendly competition about who will make more money on tours.
“Taylor was always really good [about public criticism]She said, adding that the outside noise would not have a negative effect on their relationship. “He went to the pro when he was 17 and has been working with it for a long time than I had, so he was very helpful in coaching me through it.
“People write about our relationships with us, and crazy things about me and him,” she continued. “We both really love each other, we have a very healthy relationship.
“He was also really good about me and what I'm doing, and it's interesting too. So many people have that problem with playing tennis and using his career on me, and he's always been encouraging me and supporting me to do it. And he wants to be a double income home. He's like 'Hell yeah'. ”
Riddle is working with Wimbledon and the US Open, among other tennis companies and brands, for social media posts.
She has 585,000 followers on Tiktok and 432,000 followers on Instagram.
Riddle and Fritz have been dating since 2020 after “swipeing him in Raya,” a private membership-based dating app during the pandemic.
The couple has worked in many cases, including the 2024 US Open and the campaign with high-end fashion brand boss Heineken.
