Getting out of bed and jumping 50 times can seem easier than lacing up shoes for a run or heading to the gym for weightlifting. McDonald emphasizes that the beauty of this routine lies in its accessibility.
She also notes that it could work for people with various morning routine hurdles, such as gym schedules or local exercise options. “Movement is movement. It’s generally good for us, releasing endorphins that make us feel better,” she adds.
