An evil MS-13 member known as “Little Devil” was sentenced to 50 years in prison for luring four men into hacking and killing them at a Long Island park.
At Tuesday's sentencing hearing in Central Islip, U.S. Judge Joseph Bianco said Leniz Escobar, 24, “willingly and eagerly” cooperated in planning and carrying out the April 2017 killing. Ta.
Mr. Escobar, known as “Diabrita” or “The Little Devil,” was convicted in 2022 of four counts of murder with aid of extortion and one count of extortion in connection with this horrific crime.
Escobar told the court he knows the pain and heartbreak he has caused.
“All I can do is hurt,” she said through tears. “Every breath I take reminds me that they are not here and that their families are suffering. If I could trade places with them and take away that pain, I would.”

Assistant U.S. Attorney Megan Farrell said she was “personally offended” that one of the victims was wearing items typically associated with gangs, even though she was not a member.

After other gang members cut the men to death with a machete, Escobar bragged about his role in the plot and instructed the others to destroy evidence and evade investigation.
“She was one of the most guilty people,” Farrell said Tuesday. “If it wasn't for her, these murders wouldn't have happened.”
