MSNBC guest compares Trump to Hitler’s final days in bunker over his Harris AI crowd claims

Former President Trump’s false claim that Vice President Harris used artificial intelligence to rally crowds at recent rallies is proof he has “completely lost his mind,” anti-Trump lawyer George Conway said Monday.

On MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” co-host Jonathan Lemire asked Conway to respond to a Truth Social article Trump posted over the weekend in which he accused his 2024 presidential opponent of using AI to create a fake crowd at a rally last Wednesday in a hangar near Detroit Metro Airport.

“Donald Trump is so shaken by the size of the crowd that he’s taken a conspiracy theory from the morass of right-wing fanaticism and elevated it, maybe even believed it,” Lemire challenged Conway. “It just reeks of desperation.”

Conway, an outspoken critic of Trump, called the former president a “severely mentally disturbed” person who shared the same “narcissistic” and “sociopathic” traits as dictators throughout history.

“As I’ve been saying for five or six years, he’s a very sick man. A very mentally unstable individual. If he was a member of your family, you would take him, you would intervene and you would take him to a psychiatric hospital,” Conway argued.

“As I’ve said, he’s a narcissistic sociopath, a pathological narcissist, a sociopath by the American Psychiatric Association definition. As historians will tell you, these are the traits of authoritarian dictators throughout history. And what we’re seeing now, as you said, is an implosion. I believe this is what was ultimately bound to happen. The final implosion of Donald Trump,” he continued.

Conway likened Trump’s “paranoid” posts about the size of the crowds to the actions of Adolf Hitler, who hid in a bunker in the final days of World War II.

“So it’s like when Hitler was moving non-existent troops around in the Führerbunker during the last 10 days of the war. He has completely lost his mind. This posting is beyond doubt delusional,” the lawyer argued.

On Sunday, Trump posted to Truth Social, “Did anyone notice Kamala cheated at the airport? There was no one on the plane and she edited it with an ‘AI’ to show a horde of so-called followers who didn’t exist!” He also posted a close-up photo that purportedly shows a reflection of an empty plane as evidence of the theory.

Fox2Detroit reported: The rally was attended by an estimated 15,000 people and was live-streamed and photographed by news media. AI Expert He told CNN he has “found no evidence” that the photo posted by the Harris campaign was digitally altered.

Conway claimed the former president was scared he would “go to jail” over legal cases if he didn’t win the election.

“He’s under more pressure than ever because not only is he running for president, he’s running for freedom. If he doesn’t win, he’s going to prison, and he already knows that. So that makes it feel even more surreal,” he continued.

After President Trump won a victory from the Supreme Court last month in his presidential immunity case, most of his lawsuits are currently in limbo.

The Harris campaign denied Trump’s claims in a post on X.

“1) This is an actual photo of a crowd of 15,000 in Michigan supporting Harris-Waltz. 2) Trump hasn’t campaigned in a battleground state in over a week…is he out of sorts?” Posted by KamalaHQ X account In response to Trump’s Truth Social post.
