MSNBC viewers were outraged at the progressive cable news channel after a prominent pollster explained why he thinks Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz won’t do much for the Democratic candidate.
Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris named Waltz as her running mate on Tuesday, with many experts seeing her as trying to solidify her support with Midwestern voters.
“You guys are just looking for a right-wing audience, clowns.”
Steve Kornacki shot down this theory, pointing out Walz’s less than impressive campaign performance in recent elections.
“This is where the Democrats lost. Waltz“In 2022, he didn’t gain any of the ground that Democrats lost. He didn’t do that here, or in any other county,” Kornacki said, pointing to the vote tally.
“The idea that he’s going to automatically be favored in these small town areas in three key battleground states just doesn’t make sense when you look at what he’s actually done on the ballot in 2022.”
While Kornacki is popular with most viewers, many were infuriated by what they saw as his lack of loyalty to the Democratic Party.
“I heard Kornacki on the radio while I was out and about. I bet this son of a bitch looked at every county in Minnesota and picked one where Walz did poorly just to say something negative.” Responded There is one viewer.
“You seem unaware that Democrats flipped the legislatures of Pennsylvania and Minnesota in the time period you’re talking about… You have absolutely no right to be on the air.” Said Another user.
“Dude, what’s wrong with you? You really can’t wait a few hours before spewing your narcissistic pessimism? That’s really incredibly stupid.” read Another reply.
“Oh my gosh, you guys must really be struggling with views!? I’ll add you to my block list, see ya, Steve! CNN and MSNBC are all moving to individual accounts. You guys are just desperate for right wing viewership, idiots,” one user commented. another A lively commentator.
