According to California prosecutors, a Democratic donor, who has been criticising Elon Musk, pleaded guilty to fraud as a co-conspirator, allegedly awakened investment fraud.

With the ruling scheduled for September 29, Alfseini is a leading Democratic donor who has contributed to countless Democratic campaigns and organizations.
