Former Congressman Jamal Bowman (D-NY) said on CNN's “Newsnight” on Thursday that Tesla CEO Elon Musk is “incompetent”, “thief” and “Nazi.”
“You play a city hall video and it's not as if it's evidence of the wide rage there. This is what happens whenever there's a Republican majority in your house. Democrats sort it out. They go to town halls,” said Joe Borelli, a former Republican leader on the New York City Council.
“That's not true. This shows that the American people don't trust Elon Musk, and that Elon Musk is incompetent in his position. And they fired tens of thousands of people, so they were challenged in court, so the court said people have returned and now people are back.
Host Abby Phillip said, “Former Rep. Bowman, I just said a little bit, and your opinion about Elon Musk is your opinion about Elon Musk.”
Bowman said, “That's my opinion.”
