Musk’s DOGE moves will ‘turn out more Democrats than Obama': Carville

Democratic strategist James Kerrville believes Elon Musk's failure with the efficiency of the government department will ultimately be an incredible catalyst for Democrats.

“I understand the severity of that statement, but if he continues, it will happen,” he added.

Musk announced Saturday that civil servants will be asked to send an email explaining what they had achieved last week. Those who don't follow could be fired, he said.

The message “Please reply to this email about this email. Five bullet points of what you achieved last week” copied the manager by 11:59pm.

Kerrville recommended that Democrats take advantage of these accidents and seek “tactical patience.”

“What I'm proposing to Democrats is not to hold press conferences, to shout, to shout, to throw your hands into the air,” he explained.

Carville says the White House will “collapse” in 30 days

The strategist has also doubled his previous claim that the White House will “collapse” within 30 days, citing upcoming fiscal deadlines that Republicans doubt they can meet.

“The event is here, the budget is here,” said Kerrville, who previously served as a senior adviser to former President Clinton. “A resolution has arrived and the debt cap has arrived.”

“You can come up with all the fake numbers you want, but you can't fool the bond market where these people aren't fooled,” he continued. “They don't believe it.”

The federal budget deadline is March 14th, and will only be given to Congress for just a few weeks to reach an agreement that would prevent the government from shutting down.
