Joe Biden has once again disappointed women with a new Title IX amendment that overhauls Trump-era rules. Title IX, meant to protect women in athletics, paves the way for female athletes to continue to be overwhelmed by trans athletes, as Biden’s new rules provide stronger protections for LGBTQ+ students It turns out. The rules state that students may not be discriminated against based on their sexual orientation or “gender identity,” but it remains to be determined whether trans athletes can be barred from competing in the division opposite to their biological sex. The changes also cover how sexual harassment and assault are defined and how due process is implemented. Biden’s proposed amendment would expand the definitions of sexual harassment and sexual assault and eliminate the need for alleged victims to attend live hearings and cross-examinations that would otherwise require them to face the defendant. .
Megyn Kelly, whom Dave Rubin has said is “loud and proud and you can hear me roar in every sense of the word,” had something to say about Biden’s amendment and her voting history.
“I voted for Donald Trump to prevent something like this from happening,” she said. “I was appalled by what Joe Biden has done to women’s rights, Title IX, due process for young men on college campuses, and free speech.”
