Nadia Marcinko, a former associate of Epstein, collaborated with authorities for assistance with her US visa.

Nadia Marcinko, a Slovakian model who became a pilot for Jeffrey Epstein’s notorious Lolita Express, cooperated with authorities, providing information about Epstein in exchange for assistance with her U.S. visa, according to new Justice Department files.

This Eastern European model has been a somewhat elusive figure in the Epstein case.

Now 40, Marcinko was named in Epstein’s 2008 non-prosecution agreement in Florida, where she admitted to state-level prostitution offenses instead of charges related to child trafficking.

Her lawyer insisted that she was a victim herself.

A letter from a federal official released in 2022 finally confirms that Marcinko shared information about Epstein and his associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, from 2018 to 2022.

Amanda Young, an FBI Special Agent in Charge, noted that Marcinko “participated in several conference calls and in-person meetings” concerning the criminal investigation of Epstein and Maxwell.

In exchange for her insights, Marcinko’s lawyers sought help from the FBI under President Biden to extend her stay in the U.S. after her visa expiration in 2022.

Her attorneys claimed that Marcinko was “cooperating extensively” and focusing on healing from her past experiences.

“She is finally trying to live a somewhat normal life, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support and assistance,” attorney Erica Dubno expressed in a message to Young.

According to the Justice files, Marcinko is identified as a victim of human trafficking. The FBI informed immigration authorities that returning to Slovakia could expose her to retaliation for her testimony against Epstein.

Young wrote that she “was scouted, harbored, and obtained by Jeffrey Epstein and others for forced sexual interactions.” Marcinko is believed to have arrived in the U.S. in the early 2000s, initially securing a visa through the modeling agency linked to Jean-Luc Brunel, an associate of Epstein.

In an email reviewed by the Post, Marcinko mentioned beginning a sexual relationship with Epstein in 2003, when she was just 18. However, several victims reported that she coerced them into sexual acts with Epstein as early as 2002, when they were all minors.

The precise date of her arrival in the U.S. remains unclear.

Interchangeable emails illustrated a manipulative dynamic between Marcinko and Epstein, where she often sought to become his girlfriend while he expressed frustration about her not bringing younger women for him.

“In contrast to learning to enjoy fishing for girls, you focused on how ‘uncomfortable’ the bait was,” Epstein complained in a 2006 email, addressing her perceived shortcomings in providing him with girls.

On another occasion, he noted the lack of effort on her part concerning various activities they discussed.

Marcinko distanced herself from Epstein around 2010, attempting to establish her own living arrangement, as indicated by their correspondence.

“I wanted to live my life with you as partners. … It was a fantasy we could not make come true,” she lamented. Despite this, they maintained communication; it was during this period that she secured her pilot’s license and began operating Epstein’s private plane, which prosecutors allege was used to transport trafficking victims globally.

Marcinko also launched her airline, Aviroop, in 2011 with Epstein’s financial support.

Epstein praised the venture in an email, highlighting the unique marketing promotion he suggested, mixing the themes of travel and adult entertainment.

The airline allowed Marcinko to stay in the U.S. after her modeling visa was not renewed in 2011 when she was 26, as emails detail.

Communication between Marcinko and Epstein ceased in 2018, coinciding with Epstein’s engagement with federal agencies. Following the expiration of her investor visa in 2021, her lawyer sought help from the FBI, as documented.

Florida court records allege that Marcinko engaged in sexual acts with minors to fulfill Epstein’s illicit desires, though she faced no charges.

Her lawyer chose not to comment.
