A NASA astronaut has shared eerie photos and time-lapse video of Hurricane Milton as seen from space.
The massive storm has now regained Category 5 strength and is hurtling towards Florida.
“We flew over Hurricane Milton about 90 minutes ago. This is the view out the window of Dragon Endeavor. This is where I slept while we waited to undock and return to Earth. Expect a lot of images from this window because that's where we're at,” said Matthew Dominique. A NASA astronaut and a US Navy commander shared a post about X.
The video, posted Tuesday morning, shows the spacecraft gliding over the United States, with Milton clearly visible.

Dominic, from Wheat Ridge, Colorado, shared a video of Milton from Dragon Endeavor 5. Dragon Endeavor 5 is a manned space capsule designed by SpaceX to carry a crew to the International Space Station. According to NASA's website, the mission will last six months.
