“Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show” , the Oscar-winning actress spoke directly for the first time about her divorce from ex-husband Benjamin Millepied, saying that a brief conversation she had with the “Umbrella” singer and makeup mogul was “formational.”

“It was an amazing experience for me,” Portman told Fallon about meeting Rihanna. “I think every woman who goes through a divorce deserves to be called ‘bad bitch’ by Rihanna.”
Portman, 43, filed for divorce from Millepied, a dancer and choreographer she met on the set of the 2010 film “Black Swan,” in July 2023, but the divorce was reportedly not finalized until March 2024. People MagazineEven before the pair split, rumors of an affair had been swirling.
