NBA All-Star Game ratings nearly matched their worst ever

Viewers for the NBA All-Star Game last weekend were close to an all-time low.

Just 4718 million basketball fans tuned to TNT/TBS/TRUTV for the game on Sunday night Ryan Grass Peegel in front office sports.

That number fell 13% in the 2024 NBA All-Star Game, attracting 53.98 million viewers.

And the numbers get even worse.

This year, the league has switched this format to mini-tournaments in an attempt to regain its more competitive nature into the game.
