NC AG Josh Stein has raised $5.7M since July for his run at governorship

North Carolina gubernatorial candidate Josh Stein has raised more than $5.7 million in the past six months, his campaign announced Thursday. This total should remain at or near the top of what Democrats have raised once all 2024 gubernatorial candidates report contributions.

Stein's organization has revealed what it plans to include in its campaign finance reports for the second half of 2023.

Josh Stein's campaign in North Carolina had already reported raising $5.98 million in the first half of 2023, by far the most of any gubernatorial candidate announced at the time.
