Nearly 38K Chinese Illegals Still in U.S. Despite Deportation Orders

Approximately 38,000 illegal Chinese immigrants continue to live in the United States despite being ordered deported by federal immigration judges, a new report details.

Obtained numbers and published Tens of thousands of illegal aliens from hostile countries remain in the United States despite federal immigration judges asking Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to deport them, according to FOX News' Bill Melgin. It shows that there is.

For example, there are approximately 37,908 Chinese people. 2,618 Iranians. 7,760 Pakistanis. 1,708 Afghans. And 22,749 undocumented Venezuelans remain in the United States after being found to have no legitimate asylum claims and ordered to be deported.

House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Greene (R-Tenn.) blamed President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for “even people ordered removed by immigration judges. ICE's ability to unlawfully detain and remove people here is being hampered.”

Similarly, despite final deportation orders, more than 32,000 Haitians, nearly 18,000 Indians, 38,000 Brazilians, about 4,000 Mauritanians, and about 1,000 There are 1,000 Uzbek nationals living in the United States.

The numbers show that the overwhelming majority of the more than 1.4 million illegal aliens who are still in the United States but have been ordered deported are from Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Honduras. Nearly 1 million illegal aliens ordered deported are from these four countries.

As of last month, 1.4 million illegal aliens were not being held by ICE agents, despite the thousands of detention beds already available and funded by Congress.

In one of the documents released by Melgin, ICE officials stated that ICE officials are “unable to provide a list of case-specific reasons why the agency cannot remove certain non-citizens listed on the non-detention register, including final orders.” ” he claims.

“It is critical that Congress fully supports the incoming Trump administration's efforts to undo this damage and re-enforce our immigration laws and secure our borders,” Greene said.
