A recent report reveals the alarming rise of neo-Nazi sex rings, with at least one ongoing case connected to a group known as “764.” The FBI is currently investigating over 250 cases related to this network.
This disturbing group has ties to both neo-Nazi beliefs and elements of Satanism, according to officials. They specifically target young teenagers on platforms like Discord and Roblox. Their tactics include coercing these minors into committing acts of violence, which some describe as psychological torture, while also engaging in horrific behaviors such as animal cruelty.
The FBI describes “764” as a network of violent extremists seeking to undermine society by exploiting vulnerable individuals, particularly minors. Founded by Bradley Cadenhead in 2020—who named it after part of his postal code—the group’s influence has spread extensively across the U.S. and even internationally.
Now, every one of the FBI’s 55 field offices is handling cases linked to this group, as noted by David Scott, an assistant director in the agency’s counter-terrorism division.
Recently, authorities arrested two individuals, Prasan Nepa Leonidas Varagiannis (also known as “War” or “Trippy”) and a second person known as Prasan Nepal, for allegedly targeting a 13-year-old girl with threats related to explicit videos. These threats reportedly involved instructions for self-harm, which are shared within the group to intimidate their victims.
Last year, police apprehended a 17-year-old girl in Vernon, Connecticut, who made threats against schools and religious institutions while connected to “764.” Investigators discovered unsettling imagery, including a photo of a naked Barbie doll with “764” written on its face.
Interestingly, the FBI first began focusing on this network in 2021 after arresting one of its members on gun-related charges. Some sources indicate that “764” is an offshoot of a larger network called the Nine Angles, described by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue as a decentralized neo-Nazi organization with intentions to overthrow Western governments.
