Popular Korean actress Kim Saelong died of suicide, police said Monday. She was 24 years old.
The Netflix star, best known for her role in the 2023 hit series “Bloodhounds”, is at her home in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, 4:50pm local time It was discovered on Sunday around midnight.
“We believe she makes an extreme choice and plans to handle it as a suicide,” an official told reporters locally. Yonhap News Agency.
Authorities added that the actress did not leave a suicide note.
On Sunday, police said they could not find “signs of foul play,” adding that an investigation into her death is ongoing.
The star, who made her acting debut at the age of nine, played roles in the 2010 action film The Man From Nowhere and the 2012 thriller The Neighbor.
