Neville Gallimore ejected after kicking Giants’ Justin Pugh in groin

Neville Gallimore made no attempt to hide the fact that he tried to kick Justin Pugh in the groin.

With less than a minute left in the Giants’ blowout loss to the Cowboys on Sunday, Gallimore evaded the line of scrimmage and attempted to sack Tommy DeVito before sending a pass to running back Ja’Sean Corbin.

DeVito managed to throw the ball in time, but ended up tangled with Gallimore on the ground, and when Pugh tried to separate the two despite referees being nearby, Gallimore curled his legs up and kicked Pugh in the groin.

Gallimore received a 15-yard penalty and was ejected before scoring the final touchdown in the Giants’ 49-17 loss.

I shouldn’t have done that when he was on the ground and I pushed him and he kicked me. ” Pugh said after the game. “I’ve been through a lot of fights in my career, so I’m not going to spend money on myself. He’s going to use FedEx, so I feel bad about that. I want the guy to lose money. No. But you can’t kick people on the soccer field.”

Before his ejection, Gallimore totaled three tackles and two QB hits, and in another brutal offensive performance without starting QB Daniel Jones, the Cowboys defense gave up the Giants’ total yards. was limited to 172 yards.
