Football’s Intense Moments Highlight Star Quarterback Josh Allen
Football often brings together violence and suspensions, but the presence of a star quarterback, like Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills, turns the spotlight up a notch.
Fans around the league seem to appreciate him. Even as a Miami Dolphins supporter, I recognize that Allen plays exceptional football and carries himself well off the field.
After the recent game, I reached out to Pittsburgh Steelers defensive tackle Cam Heyward. It was clear he was frustrated, especially following the Steelers’ loss to Allen’s team.

The game featured several heated moments between the two players, with Heyward later stating that Allen had allegedly hit him with a knee in the stomach, which only heightened the atmosphere on the field.
“I felt a knee in my stomach, and it just made the entire game frustrating for me,” Heyward explained. “Quarterbacks tend to be protected, while I don’t feel the same level of protection.”

Heyward received a warning for unsportsmanlike conduct after exchanging words with Allen, which he believes was intentional. Following this, Allen taunted Heyward right after scoring a touchdown to wide receiver Keon Coleman.
“I’m just really upset. That incident… it’s been bothering me,” Heyward admitted.

As for Allen’s comments on the incident, he maintained a typical classy demeanor during his press appearance.
“There seemed to be a lot of back and forth with Cam. Did that add excitement in the second half?”
Josh Allen: “Maybe a little.”
So, will the NFL actually investigate this situation? Probably not. And will they suspend a superstar quarterback like Allen? Likely not either.
