Former President Donald Trump maintained his lead over Vice President Kamala Harris, and support for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s independent campaign continued to decline.
According to the latest Rasmussen Reports nationwide telephone and online survey, 49% of U.S. voters would vote for Trump and 44% for Harris in a two-way race. Four percent said they would vote for another candidate, and 3% were undecided. These results are little changed from the survey conducted a week ago, the second after President Joe Biden announced he would not run for reelection.
