New York-based influencer exposes gym’s ‘crazy’ dress code rule

A woman has shocked many by revealing her gym's unique dress code.

Caitlin Emiko is an Australian influencer currently living in New York City. Recently, in her “day in my life” video, she said that her gym has a unique dress code.

Squad Training Gym Greenwich Village Athletic requires members to wear only black workout clothing.

It may sound like a “cult” story, but this private fitness chain introduced it to create an inclusive, judgment-free workout environment.
