Controversial Comments from California Governor’s Office
A recent social media post from the California Governor’s office called Stephen Miller, Deputy Director under President Trump, a “fascist c*ck.” This statement arose after Miller criticized Judge Mame Eusi Mensa Fripon for her handling of certain safe shelter locations in Los Angeles where arrests by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) were prohibited.
Miller expressed his opposition on X, referring to the judge as a “Communist” and accused her of undermining the authority of the President by requiring ICE to report directly to her. He labeled her ruling as a “riot against the United States and its sovereigns.”
This ruling is just issued. A Communist judge in LA ordered ICE to report directly to her and the radical left NGO, not to the president. This is another act of riot against the United States and its sovereigns. https://t.co/pkejl7lep4

In response, various X accounts condemned Miller’s remarks as an “attack on democracy.” One post criticized Miller’s actions, labeling him as a “fascist cuck” while stating that he continued to undermine democratic values.
This fascist kak in DC continues its attacks on democracy and the constitution, and is dictatorically trying to replace people’s sovereignty. Sorry, but the Constitution hurts your feelings, Stephen. I cry violently. https://t.co/3a4pvyftxb

This exchange unfolded as Judge Fripon, from the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, issued two temporary restraining orders. These orders prevent law enforcement from detaining individuals based on dubious immigration status without sufficient evidence and require legal representation for those being charged.
