Cleveland Browns Quarterback Desshaun Watson took him to social media on Sunday to announce that he and longtime girlfriend Jilly Anais have been engaged.
In a joint Instagram post, the couple shared a photo showing off Anais' impressive ring.

Watson commented on the post as “more glorious.”
The news comes amidst uncertainty about Watson's future with the Browns.

It remains unclear if Watson will miss the entire 2025 season after ruptured his second Achilles tendon in three months. He was first injured during an October match Cincinnati Bengals, However, he later burst Achilles for the second time in January.
The Browns will restructure their second contract in three months to clear cap space
Earlier this month, the Browns reworked Watson's contract to clear more cap space before the start of the new league year. According to the Associated Press, the restructuring cleared nearly $36 million in cap space.
It was the second time the team restructured his lucrative contract in three months.
Watson was acquired by the Browns in 2022 after signing a fully guaranteed $230 million contract. However, the 29-year-old quarterback only appeared in the team's 19 games after suffering a season-ending shoulder injury and an Achilles tendon injury this season in 2023.

Cleveland appeared to continue his move in the quarterback position after getting Kenny Pickett in the deal. Philadelphia Eagles last week. They hosted free agent Russell Wilson last week.
