NFL QB Anthony Richardson rescues stranded couple

A young couple, Parker Suddes and Zoe Reuter, were making a DoorDash delivery when a tire accident occurred on Interstate 65 near Indianapolis.

After trying to change the tire, Suddeth had a problem with one of the lug nuts and didn’t have the tools to complete the job.

“I tried to warn people for about 20 minutes, but no one stopped their car to help me,” the young man said. WRTV.

Suddenly, Richardson arrives in a large truck and offers to help the couple with their problems.

The 6-foot-4, 244-pound NFL player reportedly offered to drive Suddes to an auto parts store to get the proper tools.

“At first I didn’t know who he was…He bent over and handed me this money and said, ‘You guys should go buy new tires,'” Sades recalled. .

The quarterback and the delivery driver struck up a conversation on the way to an auto parts store, where Suddes learned Richardson’s true identity.

“I asked him what he did for a living and he said, ‘Football.’ I asked him who he played for, and he said, ‘The Colts,’ and I said, ‘ You’re the quarterback of the Colts.” Wow, I think I’m a fan now! ” Sades read aloud.

Richardson reportedly gave the couple $200 and did not ask for any recognition.

“For him to just stop and help us, give us a ride, give us money so we could have dinner that night, give us new tires, that means the world to me,” Indiana said. The state resident continued. “A lot of people don’t do what he did for me, not even money. Just stop and help.”

“This is a little life-changing,” Reuter added. “Because otherwise I would have had to spend all the money I would have put into the gas tank on tires.”

The couple admitted that Richardson’s kindness actually allowed them to take a night off from delivery, which was unusual for them.

Suddes posted a photo of himself and Richardson on his Instagram with the caption, “Looks like I’m a Colts fan now.”

Richardson responded to the post with, “Hey! Weird way to make new friends, I’m rooting for you!”
